no kiddin'...where i live it's -28 C plus windchill (that's -18.5 F for the US residents out there)...makes for a very appropriate painting.

i especially like the ol' fashioned frosty feel around the edges. very nice...

I love the little swirl on his chin and all that extra neck skin. Speaking of skin... the skin tones are amazing, man. Look at all those colors in there. You painting people blow me away. Really nice character, Ryan.

Really really nice. I love how there are other slight shades of colour beneath the blue. He's got an awesome shape to his neck bits as well :)

I've been freezing my ass off for 2 weeks now, so I want to punch this guy in the face. Lovely picture though :)
I especially like the little curl in his chinny chin.

Great pic. Is there about 10% Kris Kristofferson in there? Sweet color and texture.

Like some of my other fellow Canadians, I really feel this one. Everything about him says cold and home. Fantastic!

I enjoy coming to this site every day more and more. The inspiration I get out of what you do is beyond words. Keep it going. I agree with anders, and would love to see the other seasons too!
